Website privacy notice · Updated 29 October 2026

This notice explains this website and its contact options. Arrangements for handling a case, including sensitive material, should be confirmed separately before you share it.

01 / What this page collects

There is no message submission, account registration or file upload on this website. This website does not store your enquiry or include advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website.

The optional brief preparation tool processes your description and link list in your browser. It does not fetch those links, submit your inputs or save your brief in website storage. Its clear control removes the inputs and prepared text from the page; copies you make in your clipboard, email or downloaded text files remain outside the tool. The selected case category and enquiry role can carry into the tool through a link fragment, which is not sent in the page request and is removed after the tool opens. Descriptions and case links are not put into that fragment.

02 / Hosting and connection data

This website is served through Vercel. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the page, such as connection information and access logs. Platform sign-in and cookies are separate from this page’s code.

03 / When you contact us

The review buttons show contact options when supported, including a message template. Email links open your email application with contact@unpersona.com as the recipient. The draft can be edited in your email application, or copied into your preferred email service. Category and enquiry-type choices are used only to prepare the draft on this page. Clicking a link does not submit a case or send a message automatically. Your email application and provider handle the message you choose to send.

04 / Keep the first message minimal

Send a brief description and a safe way to reach you. Do not attach intimate images, identity documents, passwords or other people’s private information. Ordinary email should not be treated as a secure evidence-upload channel.

05 / Before sharing case material

Confirm what information is needed, the transfer method, who will have access, and when it will be deleted. These arrangements need to be agreed directly for your case. Email services have their own privacy and security practices.

06 / Questions about your information

Contact contact@unpersona.com to ask about an enquiry you have sent, or to request a correction or deletion. Include only the details needed to identify the enquiry; please do not resend sensitive attachments.
